The “Literary Prydniprovya” Museum presents the art project “Graphic Techniques” of the Dnipropetrovsk Children’s Art School No. 1, which is held as part of the exhibition-competition of student skills of students of art schools in the cities of Dnipropetrovsk, Kryvyi Rih, Dniprodzerzhynsk, Poltava, Kremenchuk, Kherson.
The format of the project is based on a variety of graphic techniques:
engravings (prints);
a picture made in the techniques of graphite pencil, ink pen, sepia, in the technique of pastel drawing, watercolor painting and gouache paints.
It is interesting that the viewer will have the opportunity to compare academic tasks, performed in an elegant manner, with creative works that vividly reveal the emotional outlook of the young artist. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to communicate with leading specialists of Ukraine in the field of art education, receive professional information, and follow the development of art education.
The collection of 160 graphic works is accompanied by musical sketches of virtuoso violinists of the Dnipropetrovsk Music School No. 6 with the program “From Classics to Jazz”, which will allow you to contemplate the works of young masters in a vivid emotional way. We hope that the visual and informational material will be appreciated by specialists of creative studios, teachers of drawing in secondary schools, and all those who master artistic skills.
According to the organizers and participants of the project, the “Graphic Techniques” art event, which will be held in Dnipropetrovsk, will be another step in spreading the authority of art schools in the mass media space, increasing the professional and audience audience, enriching aesthetic impressions and hopes aimed at cultural treasury of Dnipropetrovsk region.
